We have EHBO Software set up: one portal for first aid associations, with members, services, certificates, and materials all in one place. You can read all about it at EHBOSoftware.nl.
In short
- One portal for members, services, certificates, and materials.
- Developed together with first aid coordinators.
- A website that is directly linked to the portal, for a fixed monthly fee.
Goodbye to Excel spreadsheets
Many first aid associations keep track of their members, posts, and certificates in separate Excel files and WhatsApp groups. This works, until someone stops or a list becomes inaccurate. That’s why we developed the portal together with coordinators who were done with that.
A website that updates automatically
The portal comes with its own website, featuring your own domain and branding. Because it is directly linked, your activities and courses are automatically online. Volunteers sign up through a public page, and organizers request a first aid post via a form on your site.
The website costs €25 per month, a fixed amount and not per user. Hosting, updates, and maintenance are included.
Website and portal from one source
EHBO Software is ours. We maintain the connection between the portal and the website ourselves, and you have one point of contact for both.
Curious if it’s right for your association? Check out websites for first aid associations or schedule a demo.
