This step-by-step plan is present in most of our services. To achieve the best end product, we need to know where your wishes, areas for improvement, and goals lie.

A good website doesn’t start with the build. First, we want to understand how your business operates, what your target audience expects, and what your competitors are doing. That’s why we follow a fixed step-by-step plan, from the first call to the day your site goes live. And afterwards, we remain involved.

In nine steps online.

For each step, you'll see what you do and what we do. After a few weeks, your new website or webshop will be live.

  1. 1. First contact

    YouYou know something needs to happen: a (new) website needs to be created that meets your goals.

    WeFrom this moment on, we set everything in motion.

  2. 2. The conversation

    YouYou email or call us.

    WeWe look at how we can best assist you and schedule a conversation, online or at our office.

  3. 3. Your wishes

    YouYou explain how work flows in your company or industry.

    WeWe advise on what is useful and what is not, so that the end product works as your target audience expects.

  4. 4. The competition

    YouYou share what appeals to you about your competitors' websites.

    WeWe find out what they do well and poorly, and how we can attract customers to you instead of them.

  5. 5. Wireframes

    YouYou see early on what your website or webshop will look like.

    WeFor complex sites, we determine in advance which components are important and where they will be placed. Optional, but it saves a lot of time.

  6. 6. Designing

    YouDo you already have a design? Then you bring that along.

    WeWe critically review it and provide suggestions for improvement. No design yet? Then we will create it ourselves. Your budget determines whether that includes all pages or just the homepage as a basis for the rest.

  7. 7. Building

    YouNothing for now: everything has been predetermined. You'll hear from us at milestones.

    WeWe build your website or webshop.

  8. 8. Filling

    YouYou complete the site with your own content. Texts we already have are partially included.

    WeWe are available for questions or to lend a hand if you encounter any issues.

  9. 9. Delivery

    YouAfter a few weeks, the moment has arrived: your site is finished.

    WeWe launch your new website or webshop online, for everyone to see.
