Chiptuning Noord wanted to make requesting a quote as easy as possible: less manual work for the customer, and immediately clear what tuning delivers.
At the same time, the team needed to keep track of requests that do require personal attention.
With an RDW connection, the site retrieves the data as soon as you enter your license plate. Clear graphs immediately show what profit you can expect, and from there you can directly request a quote.
In the backend, the site automatically calculates the quote: the time for the work, discounts for multiple services, the difference between petrol and diesel, and cars that cannot be tuned.

Enter your license plate and the site retrieves your car’s data from the RDW. Less to fill in for the customer, and complete, accurate data for Chiptuning Noord.

For each engine, you can see in clear graphs what tuning delivers, in power and torque. This prevents many questions, and the path to a quote is next to it.

Does a request need extra attention? Then the administrator receives a notification and sends the quote and a response to the comment from the website. This way, automation and personal service go hand in hand.
