How do I set up email on my devices?

1. Zoho Mail app (recommended)

The fastest and simplest way to set up your email is through the Zoho Mail app. It is available for both iOS and Android.

Here’s how to set up the app:
Download the Zoho Mail app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Open the app and select Log In.
Enter your email address and password.
Follow the on-screen instructions to add your account.
With this method, you don’t have to manually enter mail server details and can get started right away.

2. Manual configuration for Apple Mail and Outlook

Want to set up your email in Apple Mail or Outlook? Use the settings below.

General settings for incoming and outgoing mail
Incoming mail (IMAP):
Server: imappro.zoho.eu
Port: 993
Security: SSL/TLS
Username: your full email address
Password: your email password

Outgoing mail (SMTP):
Server: smtppro.zoho.eu
Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
Security: SSL/TLS
Username: your full email address
Password: your email password

Setting up email in Apple Mail (iPhone/Mac)
Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.
Select Add Account and choose Other.
Select Add Mail Account and fill in:
Name: your name
Email: your email address
Password: your email password
Description: Zoho Mail (or another name of your choice)
Select IMAP and fill in the server settings (see above).
Click Next and save the settings.

Setting up email in Outlook (Windows/Mac)
Open Outlook and go to File > Add Account.
Enter your email address and choose Manual Setup.
Select IMAP and enter the server details (see above).
Click Next, enter your password, and complete the setup.
After these steps, your email will be set up, and you can start receiving and sending messages.
